Adecco is assisting a global client in recruiting for a detail-oriented Call Center Representative in Buena Park, CA. This is for a temp to HIRE opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. Successful candidates must have excellent verbal skills, personable over the phone, reliable and able to provide outstanding customer service.
Basic Job Description:
Agent will answer inbound calls and ensure issues are resolved through the screening and tracking of each request and dispatching to the appropriate service teams; while also performing follow ups on each call to ensure complete resolution. Maintain complete and accurate documentation within the Customer Service Call Log. Partner with other departments to achieve root cause resolution of customer issues and provide feedback through reporting.
Basic Job Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience working in a call center environment (Required)
Strong PC data entry skills. Typing skills at a minimum of 45+ WPM ( Flexible)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
Highly developed listening, analytical, and problem solving skills
Must be flexible with working schedule on a rotating shift and weekends
* Schedules change every 90 days and must be able to work any given shift
Examples: 5am-2pm, 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 12pm- 9pm, etc.. Weekends + Holidays
This position pays $16.00/hr
