Our client, based in Anaheim California, is seeking at Tier 2 Technician for an immediate opportunity!
The candidate will be responsible for supporting teams and escalation of tickets from Tier 1 technicians. This includes desktop, mobile hardware, supported applications as well as testing, training, application and hardware deployment and recovery processes. Candidates will be needed for providing onsite and offsite support for associates and other company systems as well as to working with developers and vendors to troubleshoot and log higher level issues. It is a plus if candidates have an A+ or Network Certification. This is mostly a PC environment but if candidates also have MAC experience this would be an added plus. This opportunity is seeking candidates who have great customer service experience in addition to their background with technology since there will be extensive support for internal and external clients.
